The principle of water cooler thermostat
The temperature controller of the water dispenser is one of the key components to control the constant temperature function of the water dispenser. Its main principle is to monitor and adjust the temperature of the water dispenser through the induction and control system to maintain the set constant temperature state.
The temperature controller of the water dispenser usually includes the main components of the temperature sensor, the control circuit, the operation control panel and the thermostat. The temperature sensor is one of the most core components of the thermostat, which can measure the temperature in the water dispenser and convert it into an electrical signal for transmission to the control circuit. Temperature sensors are commonly used thermocouple and thermistor two types, of which thermistor is more common, its resistance value will change with the temperature.
The control circuit is the core component of the temperature controller, which receives the electrical signal from the temperature sensor, compares and analyzes according to the set temperature range, and then controls the heating or cooling system of the water dispenser through the output control signal to achieve automatic temperature regulation. The control circuit is usually composed of electronic components such as operational amplifiers, comparators, timers and triggers, which cooperate with each other to achieve temperature measurement and control functions.
Operation control panel is the interface for users to interact with the water dispenser, which usually includes temperature adjustment button, temperature display screen, switch control and other functions. The user can adjust the target temperature of the water dispenser by operating the button on the control panel, and can also see the current temperature status through the display screen on the panel. Switch control means that the user can start or turn off the thermostat function of the water dispenser through the switch on the panel, so that the temperature can be adjusted flexibly according to the need.
The thermostat is an important part of the temperature controller of the water dispenser, which controls the heating or cooling system of the water dispenser through the signal output of the control circuit. The thermostat continuously monitors and adjusts the temperature of the water dispenser according to the set temperature range, keeping it within a constant temperature range. Thermostat usually uses PID control algorithm (proportion, integral, differential control algorithm), through the accurate algorithm to calculate and adjust the heating or cooling power of the water cooler, in order to achieve stable temperature control.
