Daily use of juice machine requires the following maintenance

1. The cleaning of the surface of the machine needs to be carried out every day, wipe with a clean cloth. 2. Please clean with warm water, drink cylinder and related parts of the machine, especially the spray pump, mixing blades, but also individually clean and wipe, and cleaning the mixing blades, do not let water into the mixing blade support sleeve cavity.

3. Every 6 months, the machine must be unplugged, open the cover plate to clean the inside of the body, especially the condenser, but also clean, when the condenser has dust condensation, it will reduce the cooling effect and freshness of the drink, so please use the cleaning machine or brush to remove.

4. Please always confirm the sealing effect of the barrel pad and O-type pro ring. If there is any abnormality, it must be checked immediately. If there is any deformation or scratch, please replace it immediately.

If an exception occurs during use, cut off the power supply immediately and check whether the fault is as follows. 1. The compressor does not work and does not cool

The possible cause is that the compressor is difficult to start, refrigerant leakage or fan motor damage, the repair method is to stop for an hour to check whether the voltage is normal, or replace the motor, make up for the missing refrigerant.

2. The mixing system of spray pump is not working normally

The possible causes are foreign bodies in the beverage cylinder, damage to the stirring blade or line failure and damage to the stirring motor. The repair method is to clean up in time, replace the mixing blade and the motor or repair.

3. Cylinder leakage or valve leakage

The reason is that the seal is aging or not installed, and it is replaced or adjusted in time.

4. Poor cooling effect

The possible cause is that the condenser is blocked, check the condenser of the machine, clean the dust, and the machine is not placed in the sun.
